Order Processing Time
We aim to get your YETI® products to you as quickly as possible.
Orders typically undergo review, packing, and preparation within 1–2 business days. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, holidays, or due to payment reviews, inventory counts, address verification, severe weather, or other unusual operational circumstances.
Shipping Time
Once an order is prepared for shipment and leaves the warehouse, transit times vary based on the destination:
United States: 2–3 business days
Canada: 3–6 business days
Estimated delivery times are for reference only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date, as carriers may encounter route changes, weather conditions, service disruptions, peak volumes, or scanning delays.
We offer free shipping on all orders.
Delivery Address Accuracy
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, email address, and phone number when placing an order. We are not responsible for delays, delivery failures, returned packages, or lost packages resulting from incomplete, incorrect, undeliverable, or outdated address information provided by the customer.
Tracking and Delivery
If tracking is available, we will provide tracking information after shipment. There may be a delay before the carrier’s tracking information updates after the shipping label is generated. Once the carrier marks a package as “Delivered,” delivery is generally considered complete, unless the carrier confirms a delivery issue.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Please contact us immediately if a package is lost, delayed, or damaged, and provide your order number and carrier details. For damaged items, please retain the product and packaging and provide clear photos so we can investigate the issue in accordance with our refund policy.
Shipping Restrictions
Service may not be available for certain addresses, regions, products, or delivery methods. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders if shipping cannot be completed safely, legally, or in a commercially viable manner through our existing carriers.
