We want you to be as happy with your YETI product as we are. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns and refunds within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the item has not been customized and meets the other applicable conditions listed here.

Click the “Make a Return or Exchange” button, enter your order number and postal code.
Select the item you want to return or exchange.
Print the shipping return label and mail your order.
After inspection, we’ll send your exchange or refund back to your original payment. Allow 7-10 business days to process.
